Perfect for adding a little intensity to your workout
I am just getting back to working out after an injury and have been focusing on my running until PVOLVE. These 2lb hand weights have been perfect to adding a little intensity to my upper body workout and to my hips when doing bridges. I place them in the fold of my leg and hip. They don't slip and are comfortable.
